Wednesday Evening Swims

1044571_547494661952982_2046855957_nThese three early-season Escorted Open Water Swims events are a safe and fun way to enter the world of open water swimming. They also prepare triathletes as no other event can. Many swimmers begin with the half-mile in the lake. A week later, they move to one mile in the lake, and finally they challenge themselves with a mile swim in refreshing Puget Sound.

These early escorted open water swims will increase your confidence and performance in the open water. Expect some chop and wind. Wetsuits required for the Alki swim.
